I haven't tried the Notch 00-10 but am intrigued by its use as opposed to Discrim. I'm assuming TX power was 2 and Iron volume at 0? The use of some Discrim instead of 0 would leave the horseshoe as at least somewhat functional.
TX = 3 in 4kHz and there's no way to change it. Iron Volume is moot since I've notched 00-10.
I'm going back to the same 50' square area today if the rains holds off and I may try Disc = 0 - the horseshoe isn't much use to me - I never look at it, but rather go off of the full tone audio. All the other setting seem to be working great for that environment.
