About this horseshoe,.,..,....I usually run 0 disk full tones and just depends on freq but the other day I was fooling around in my test garden and I put disk at 1 and until my iron target was less than my disc the meter still did not work. So when I went over a nail my horse
shoe did not work until I disked the nail out. Basically no sound but the shoe went to left side. Am I missing something here ???? What good is that ferrous (left side) if it only reads when there are no tones? Or am I missing something I've meant to ask this before, someone tell me if I've got something wrong going on.
