That last full tones video was fascinating to me because I haven't been able to get comfortable with it. It helped to see him work it. But he seemed to work through all of the squeaks and ignore them, while I feel the need to go back and sweep over them to make sure I'm not missing a high tone target. So is this just a matter of practicing, and learning to ignore those squeaks because "you'll know when you hit a good target"?
The one key statement he made that helped me was to *not* try to correlate every tone to a specific target. I think that's what I've been unconsciously doing because when you're a 3 or 4 tone hunter, you listen for the tones you recognize/like. So I think I get that part now.
So I see how full tones works for a heavily iron infested site. How do you guys use it in heavily trashy sites (so not necessarily iron, but things like pull tabs, can slaw, etc)?
