Waterdog, I am going to give it a try in the morning in some knee deep salt water.
I dont know how deep the water can get before it kills the radio signal from the submerged coil to the headphones
but that is one of the things I want to find out.
Another is just how quiet and deep it can penetrate the saturated salt water sand and what frequency works best.
The Deus is not intended to replace my saltwater detector but so far in the dry sand it has performed extremely well.
