The drop the frequency trick is very good but it doesn't have to be 4 khz just below whatever your using. I E 18 to 12 or 12 to 8.
Start with a program you like then make a exact copy of the program just with a lower frequency and store it right next to your go to program and change the name to something Iron. Then you can just move to it and back with ease.
Your swinging along you hit one that you think might not be right then you switch to your Iron program and if the Target ID number goes down then dig it. If the number goes up then walk on by. Of course nothing is perfect.
